Your commercial license to the FluxPilot application (seats, term, fees, and support) is governed by the license agreement we sign together; these terms apply to your use of the application alongside that agreement, and the application will ask you to accept the current version of these terms when they change.
All content on this site, including text, graphics, the FluxPilot name, mark, and wordmark, and the animations and illustrations, is owned by Fluxara LLC and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe or breach its security, scrape it at abusive rates, or submit forms with false identity information.
Submitting a demo request does not create any obligation on either side. Any evaluation or purchase of FluxPilot is governed by the agreement we sign together at that time.
The FluxPilot application sends anonymized diagnostic and product usage data to us so that we can improve the product and resolve bugs. By using the application you agree to this. The data consists of feature usage events (for example that a sizing run or a layout export happened), performance measurements, error and crash reports, the application version, and the operating system. It is sent through our own domain and processed by PostHog, Inc. (United States) on our behalf.
Your confidential data stays on your device. Project files, equipment libraries, site boundaries, drawings, weather and rate lookups, and any other project content are never uploaded by this mechanism. Error reports may include an error message and a stack trace with file paths removed.
